Tamsi Thakur just like her name sounds deep, her secrets are even deeper. She is called a tapasvini because till today no one has been able to break her meditation. No man has ever existed who could pull Tamsi out of her samadhi.
Tamsi has no attachment to any relationship. For her, relationships are just a burden something people carry unwillingly. And as for love, Tamsi believes hell is more comforting than what people call love, because in her world, nothing like love truly exists. And if it does, then it is nothing but chalawa.
"Pyaar wah chalawa hai jisne chlawe ko bhi chala hai,"
The reason behind Tamsi’s mindset is her parents’ relationship. Although it was a love marriage, her father cheated on her mother with his secretary, who was already 9 months pregnant. Tamsi even has a younger half-sister, 5 years younger than her. When her parents divorced, Tamsi was only 5 years old. The little girl didn’t understand much at that time, but the constant fights left a lifelong trauma in her mind.
When the court asked for custody, both parents refused to take her. Her mother couldn’t see Tamsi without being reminded of her father’s face the man who betrayed her. Her father, on the other hand, chose his secretary and his new life, rejecting Tamsi completely.
After that, Tamsi’s grandfather took her in. She lived with him for 10 years, but even he passed away later. After his death, guardianship was handed over to her mother. However, Tamsi’s father couldn’t get custody or guardianship due to his past betrayal.
By then, her mother had already remarried and had a son with her new husband. Tamsi’s grandfather had left 97% of his entire property in Tamsi’s name. He also made a will stating that she would receive it at the age of 18. Until then, the property though in Tamsi’s name would be managed under the guardianship of her mother’s husband, Mr. Bajaj. Tamsi’s grandfather had even funded Mr. Bajaj’s education, which is why he deeply respected him.
But Tamsi was sent to a boarding school at the age of 13, where even her half-sister studied. Together with others, she was heavily bullied there. One night, something happened that killed the human inside Tamsi and awakened the demon within her.
Today, even in Uttarakhand, people tremble at the name Tamsi. Just one look from her is enough to pierce someone’s soul.
“You are not destruction anymore... you are my permanent peace.”
“I hate fucking emotional people.”

Rudram Rathore is a self-made businessman who built his empire entirely on his own strength. At just 26, he had everything one could ever wish for loyal friends, a companion, success yet he still felt deeply alone. Because in his own family, he was unwanted.
At 17, something happened with him that changed his entire life. The carefree Rudram, who never took life seriously, who always followed his own will and placed himself above everything, somewhere got lost… or maybe died. The Rudram who exists now only cares for others. He thinks about their feelings constantly, always worried that no one should feel hurt because of him. In doing so, he has buried his own emotions somewhere deep inside himself.
He has become so focused on others that he has erased himself. His own feelings no longer feel like they belong to him they are lost, muted, forgotten.
But in this stable, controlled life of Rudram, instability arrives in the form of Tamsi. She didn’t do anything extraordinary yet she changed everything. Just her existence was enough to shake Rudram’s world.
“Why I’m attracted to you it feels like sin to me. You have become the destruction of my stable life.”
